# Eobify

> Eobify is a free set of worksheets and a paid claims register for the person who bills a small United States practice: the biller, office manager or owner-clinician of a physical or occupational therapy clinic, a chiropractic office, a mental health practice or a dermatology office with one to ten providers. The free worksheets turn a visit's timed and untimed minutes into billable units under the CMS 8-minute rule; reconcile one claim against its explanation of benefits (charge, allowed amount, deductible, coinsurance and copay in; payer payment, contractual adjustment and patient responsibility out); render the superbill for a visit from its lines and charges; and turn a month's submitted, denied, paid and outstanding claims into the denial rate, the clean-claim rate, days in accounts receivable and the net collection rate. Eobify Pro, $49 a month for the whole practice, keeps the claims register itself: every claim with its payer, dates and status, the EOB posted against it, the denial and the appeal, the patient balance, with history and export under the practice's own name. It publishes no fee schedule and no code set; every figure is arithmetic on the reader's own inputs. It is deliberately not an EMR, a practice management suite, a clearinghouse or an outsourced billing service.
